to provide various financial advisory services including:

• Capital policy advisory
• Investment advisory  
• Financial advisor services for M&A transactions
• Arrangement for development projects(e.g. renewable, real estate) in selected overseas countries

NODA has over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, at several large global financial 

institutions. In addition to working at the global headquarters of Merrill Lynch in New York City,

NODA has worked for Bank of America, First Chicago, Royal Bank of Scotland and BNP Paribas.
